Napier Real Estate Limited was formed to operate the Professionals brand in Napier. The Company opened for business at 195 Dickens Street on the 4 October 2004. The company is actively involved in the greater Napier area in residential, commercial and business sales as well as premise leasing.

From the time of formation there was a determination to create an environment whereupon the business of real estate would be conducted to a standard greater than currently existed. Key to this was an understanding of what clients were seeking from a real estate company and their team of realtors.

Just as experienced sales people wished to work among like minded and equally experienced colleagues, clients also sought the comfort of working with an experienced team. It is no surprise therefore that a team that contained only experienced realtors, that had no sales people ‘learning on the job’ found favour and provided the basis of a new level of expertise and skills to ensure clients’ best interests were both the top priority and were achieved.
