Introducing Sharron Torrie
“Let the beauty of what you love be what you do.” Rumi
Sharron was born and raised in Napier and is both passionate and optimistic about Napier’s future and continued growth for our beautiful city. Sharron’s optimism combined with determination and hard work, ensures you will be well looked after. Sharron’s passion for Real Estate was fueled at an early age by her builder father. Working beside her father, Sharron spent many hours on the building sites with a hammer in hand, while learning how to construct a home.
She was also born into the hotel industry and trained in hotel management prior to taking over the reins of the family owned business. This has helped Sharron with her exemplary interpersonal skills, enabling her to build strong relationships, to further help clients who depend on her to deliver a less stressful experience. It has also taught her how to communicate with people from all walks of life.
Sharron has bought and sold many property investments over the years. This has led to an understanding of decisions and emotions encountered throughout the process. Sharron prides herself on her persistence, eye for detail and an ability to think outside the square. Sharron has the tenacity to protect client’s interests and will do everything in her power to ensure her clients have a successful result.
Leisure time for Sharron is spent raising her teenage son, weight training at the gym, walking/jogging, catching up with friends (coffee is usually involved) or reading a good book with her cat “Donkey” close by.
Sharron has the ability to see the big picture as well as a brilliant eye for detail. Her focus instills total confidence.

Sharron was incredibly supportive and helpful as I set up my Healthy Eating business. She provided valuable advice based on her many years of business practice and people knowledge and I respected her judgement.
Alison Cowell, Healthy Eating.
Sharron is a fun person and always engaging. She has a good general business understanding. I have had occasion to meet with Sharron at social events and noted how well she gets on with people from different backgrounds.
